AriaTutor offers a free plan with no credit card required. We encourage all users to try our free plan before subscribing to a paid plan. The free plan gives you 5 questions per day so you can experience the quality of our AI tutor before making any payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with AriaTutor within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at support@ariatutor.com for a full refund. No questions asked.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@ariatutor.com

2. Use subject line: Refund Request

3. Include the email address used for your subscription

4. We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days

5. Refund will be returned to your original payment method

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

1. Refund requests made after 7 days of payment

2. Accounts suspended for violation of Terms of Service

3. Partial month usage after cancellation

4. Duplicate subscriptions if not reported within 48 hours

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation you will continue to have full access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days in your billing period.
